Transitional & Ongoing Support

Understanding that your Procura solution is vital to your business, we pledge a commitment availability and accessibility to you. Upon the successful “go-live” of your Procura solution, our Implementation Team transitions you over to our Customer Support Team where you will be introduced to your very own Transitional Support Specialist. When you are ready to go on it on your own, your Transitional Support Specialist will introduce you to the other members of the Customer Support Team who will support you over the long-term.
