Procura Successfully Launches Series of Free Training Across Canada
February 13, 2012 (Victoria, BC) – Procura Software announced a series of complimentary training sessions for Canadian clients. This marks the first time in history that a Home Care Software company has provided free training for their Canadian clients. The initial session, “Upgrading Your Procura Environment” was a resounding success, with one attendee testifying that the webinar, hosted by Chris McConnell, Manager of Information Technology Services, “was extremely valuable, informative and kept your interest – very enlightening!” The webinar was the first in a series of eight monthly sessions that will lead up to SHARE Canada in November 2012; Procura’s annual user conference in Toronto, Ontario.
“We are very excited to provide these sessions to our customers,” stated Procura’s President, Warren Brown, who first announced the training series at the 2011 SHARE User Conference. “We have found that the success of our clients’ businesses can often be linked to how efficiently they are using the Procura Solution. If these webinars can help improve the processes of an agency, ultimately providing the highest level of care for the patient, then we are happy to provide that service free of charge.”
Continuing the Procura tradition of client consultation and involvement, the session topics were determined by attendees at SHARE 2011. Procura Customer Support also identified the topics that generated the most incoming calls. Procura will monitor the sessions and use feedback to determine any modifications to the agenda in order to provide the highest possible value for clients. The webinars are held on the last Wednesday of every month, and the agenda of upcoming topics are:
