Responsible for the account management of current Procura customers as well as for nurturing new opportunities in Canada, Susan brings over 25 years of Information Technology training consultation, customer service, retail and financial management experience to her role.  As an Account Manager with Procura since 2001, Susan exceptionally qualified to understand our customers’ unique needs and requirements for home and community health software.

As General Manager of Procura Australia, Garry will work closely with the team to identify market trends, build relationships with flagship accounts and assist in business development.
