Warren Brown: President

Leading Procura since 1995, Warren provides the management practices and stability that ensure the success and longevity of our organization. Succeeding in his initial vision of creating a solution to the complex documentation, reporting, and management challenges of the home care and community care industries, he continues to drive development for new solutions that accommodate our ever changing world. Under his leadership, Procura has expanded across Canada and the USA and into Australia. A testament to Warren's successful leadership of Procura, our growth reflects his persistence and determination to provide our clients with solutions that are custom fit for optimum productivity, profitability, and patient care.


Garry NealeGarry Neale: General Manager, Australia

As General Manager of Procura Australia, Garry will work closely with the team to identify market trends, build relationships with flagship accounts and assist in business development. Acting as a liaison with industry and government bodies, Garry will monitor the regulatory changes in the industry and their impact on Procura’s solution. With over 20 years experience in the IT industry across Europe, the USA and Asia Pacific, Garry Neale has extensive experience in deploying leading practice technology solutions to solve business issues whilst dramatically reducing operating costs and maximizing return on investment.


Rebecca MacKinnon, Vice President, U.S. Sales

As Vice-President, Sales for the U.S. Division, Rebecca focuses on business development for the Procura product line, building strategic relationships with flagship accounts and partners, and providing the leadership required to serve the changing environment of home health, hospice and other post acute services in the emerging healthcare system. Rebecca was the CEO/Founder of BeyondNow Technologies and is credited for her visionary leadership in the development of home health and hospice technology solutions.  The company was acquired by the Cerner Corporation and BeyondNow was made their solution for the home health care market. Subsequently Rebecca was made Cerner’s Vice President of Community Solutions. She has since taken on  entrepreneurial initiatives as a Partner with Sophia, LLC, a company engaged in researching the patient and family caregiver experience and the impact on the dynamically changing healthcare system, and as a Partner with 5th Dimension Technologies, which helps emerging technologies develop business strategies and revenue models.


Scott Overhill: Vice-President, Product Management

Working with clients, standards bodies and Procura partners to assess market needs and provide a strategic focus for product advancement, Scott’s comprehensive experience in the health care software industry serves Procura and its stakeholders well. In addition to this experience, his extensive training in software system analysis and design enabled him to write the requirements for the Procura Health Management System.


Isaac Alexander, Chief Software Architect

Isaac Alexander is responsible for all aspects of software technology including the high-level architectural design, construction, reconstruction and refactoring, technology standardization and product modernization. He establishes and executes the strategic technical direction for our enterprise products. Isaac serves as the technical evangelist for the architectural vision, strategy, and principles at Procura.


Mike Gareau: Director, Corporate Services

Mike is responsible for providing management and leadership for the Accounting, Payroll, Human Resources, Contract Management and Office Administrative functions.   He brings over 20 years of progressively more senior financial management experience, including CFO for a Canadian financial institution. He is a Certified Management Accountant and is a graduate of the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology with a major in accounting.


Nick Duncan: Director, Development

Nick has an extensive body of experience with industry-leading companies where he has served as CIO, VP Engineering and Director Development. With 18 years of technology experience, Nick has created technical strategy, motivated teams and improved the development process for multiple companies. At Procura, he is responsible for the Product Development Lifecycle and works closely with the executive team to deliver product enhancements that meet the needs of our clients and the marketplace.


Scott HerrmannScott Herrmann: Director, Mobile Solutions

Prior to joining Procura Scott spent time working and learning at some of America’s largest and most respected corporations. At Motorola and IBM he was a leader in the sales engineering department. He then became Director of Sales at Positron, and worked in similar positions with InterVoice, Ti3, and TALX Corporation. Scott’s attention was drawn back into the homecare industry in 2007, specifically working on mobile applications, where he led the sales and marketing efforts for CellTrak. From working with public safety, where he is still an active member, to eliminating paper processes for Fortune 500 corporations, Scott’s focus is to help his clients achieve their goals. He now brings his 25 years of application sales, marketing and mobile technology experience to the Procura team.

Currently Scott applies his skills focusing on Procura’s home health care mobile solution. As a pioneer in the mobility world, Scott has an in-depth understanding of what customers need from a mobile solution and how to effectively deploy it.

Scott has written articles for Caring Magazine and Canadian Healthcare Technologies.


Gary SheurmannGary Scheurmann: Director, Customer Service

Gary is responsible for the successful delivery of professional services including implementation and training related to Procura’s solutions. Gary is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare and a skilled Project Manager adept in managing multi-faceted projects. His experience spans entrepreneurial companies, multi-nationals and government agencies. Gary is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Prince 2 Practitioner, and is a Registered Medical Technologist.


Carl QuetonCarl Queton: Manager, Marketing

Carl has over ten years of progressive experience in brand consulting, graphic design and writing in the professional services, not-for-profit, education, publishing, advertising, and entrepreneurial fields. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Applied Science) in Communication and Visual Arts from Simon Fraser University in 2004. He is currently pursuing his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. He is a member of both the American Marketing Association – British Columbia (BCAMA) and the International Association for Business Communicators (IABC).
