Christopher Junker: President and Chief Executive Officer
Chris has over 20 years of experience in enterprise software with a focus in billing, content management, and big data. He has a wealth of sales and product experience and specializes in expanding innovation and driving quality development at high growth software companies.
Prior to joining Procura, Chris held the CEO post at Microsystems, Inc., a document analysis software company serving the legal and life science industries. He also served as the CEO at SpringCM, a cloud enterprise content management firm and Fios, Inc. (now DTI), a cloud e-discovery software firm. Prior to that, Chris held the position of general manager and worldwide vice president of sales for the legal and professional services industry at Interwoven, which was acquired in 2009 by Autonomy Corporation Plc in a transaction valued at approximately $800 million. At Interwoven, Chris led the company through 21 consecutive quarters of year-over-year revenue growth and operating margin expansion.
Chris holds a Bachelor degree in Applied Computer Science/Psychology from Northern Illinois University and is a current Board Member of the Illinois Technology Association.
Scott Overhill: Chief Technology Officer
Scott Overhill has a twenty-three year tenure in the Home and Community Care sector, twenty of which has been spent in leadership roles within the Procura Group of Companies, most recently as President and CEO before his appointment as CTO.
Trained in product management, product strategy alignment, project management, and business consulting, Scott was the primary architect of one of the Procura software lines, and has provided service and advice to Enterprise-level customers in three countries and two continents.
A key skill that has served Procura and its customers well is Scott's ability to harmonize the skill sets of exceptional individuals into high performing teams, leading those teams to deliver on projects rapidly and with as little disruption to general operations as possible.
John Walles: Chief Financial Officer
John Walles has over 20 years’ experience in the Software and Technology space. John is an experienced leader with a focused background in helping companies rapidly expand while effectively meeting customer needs and requirements.
Prior to joining The Procura Group of Companies, John has held C-Level and senior operating positions for leading software, technology, distribution and trading corporations such as SSA Global, DecisionOne, New Cub Foods, Composites One, ITT Research Institute, Zellerbach Paper and AAR Corp.
John received a BA in Accounting and Business Economics from Benedictine University, an MBA from DePaul University and is a CPA.
Howard Sproxton: Chief Operating Officer
Howard brings a wealth of knowledge and is responsible for the Professional Services delivery, Product Development, Product Support and IT within the Procura group of companies.
Howard is a senior Information Technology and business professional with extensive international experience in the areas of support and field service, product development, and mergers and acquisitions. Howard spent five years as the Director, International & Channel Support with UB Networks where he managed staff in locations across Canada, the eastern US seaboard and Brazil. The support organization was responsible for maintaining the reliability of several mission critical networks including a number of hospitals and the New York Stock Exchange. At another multi-national enterprise -SSA Global Technology- for nine years, Howard was responsible for global operations including offshore activities, product development and large project delivery. He also managed the consolidation and integration of development and support for several acquisitions. Howard spent three years in Europe Managing a software company in the retail sector. This included Development and Support teams as well as off shore teams.
Garry Neale: General Manager, Australia
As General Manager of Procura Australia, Garry works closely with the team to identify market trends, build relationships with flagship accounts and assist in business development. Acting as a liaison with industry and government bodies, Garry will monitor the regulatory changes in the industry and their impact on Procura’s solution. With over 20 years experience in the IT industry across Europe, the USA and Asia Pacific, Garry Neale has extensive experience in deploying leading practice technology solutions to solve business issues whilst dramatically reducing operating costs and maximizing return on investment.
Isaac Alexander, Chief Software Architect, Cross Platform
Isaac Alexander is responsible for all aspects of software technology including the high-level architectural design, construction, reconstruction and refactoring, technology standardization and product modernization. He establishes and executes the strategic technical direction for our enterprise products. Isaac serves as the technical evangelist for the architectural vision, strategy, and principles at Procura.
Scott Brashears, Senior Vice President of Sales Engineering
Scott Brashears has served as a Vice President of Development for a large home care corporation prior to joining the Procura Group of Companies in his role as Chief Technology Officer. With over 19 years of health care specific Information Technology experience, Scott brings a great deal of knowledge to the table, with the ability to make a difference in the ever-changing home health realm.
Brad Caldwell: Executive Vice President of Sales, North America
Brad has over 13 years of healthcare technology and homecare software experience. Since January of 2010, Brad has led the sales and account management teams at ContinuLink, a member of the Procura Group of Companies. Brad brings a client focused emphasis on provider need assessment, implementation, and tactical execution of the Procura Group of Company offerings. Brad's industry leading approach to client relationship management focuses on clinical, operational, and financial ROI for clients of the Procura Group of Companies.
Brian Holder: Director of Sales, Australia
Over a period of more than 30 years Brian has worked with a number of leading international IT companies, including ICL, Hewlett Packard and NEC, gaining national and international experience.
During a 19 year career at Microsoft his roles spanned from State Director for West Australian and South Australia, to Enterprise Partner Director and finally to Microsoft Dynamics™ Sales Director. In this role Brian led the Australian team in selling and delivering complex business and financial solutions across industry segments.
Subsequently Brian became General Manager of CDC Software Australia, focusing on the provision of specialist solutions to the Aged Care industry in areas of Clinical Care, Residential Management, Community Services and Retirement Villages.
Brian is currently the Sales Director for Procura in Australia and New Zealand.
Nick Duncan: Director, Development
Nick has an extensive body of experience with industry-leading companies where he has served as CIO, VP Engineering and Director Development. With 18 years of technology experience, Nick has created technical strategy, motivated teams and improved the development process for multiple companies. At Procura, he is responsible for the Product Development Lifecycle and works closely with the executive team to deliver product enhancements that meet the needs of our clients and the marketplace.
Scott Herrmann: Director, Mobile Solutions
Prior to joining Procura Scott spent time working and learning at some of America’s largest and most respected corporations. At Motorola and IBM he was a leader in the sales engineering department. He then became Director of Sales at Positron, and worked in similar positions with InterVoice, Ti3, and TALX Corporation. Scott’s attention was drawn back into the homecare industry in 2007, specifically working on mobile applications, where he led the sales and marketing efforts for CellTrak. From working with public safety, where he is still an active member, to eliminating paper processes for Fortune 500 corporations, Scott’s focus is to help his clients achieve their goals. He now brings his 25 years of application sales, marketing and mobile technology experience to the Procura team.
Currently Scott applies his skills focusing on Procura’s home health care mobile solution. As a pioneer in the mobility world, Scott has an in-depth understanding of what customers need from a mobile solution and how to effectively deploy it.
Scott has written articles for Caring Magazine and Canadian Healthcare Technologies.
Gary Scheurmann: Director, Customer Service
Gary is responsible for the successful delivery of professional services including implementation and training related to Procura’s solutions. Gary is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare and a skilled Project Manager adept in managing multi-faceted projects. His experience spans entrepreneurial companies, multi-nationals and government agencies. Gary is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Prince 2 Practitioner, and is a Registered Medical Technologist.
Jeremy Crow: Vice-President, Customer Care
Jeremy Crow has served the healthcare industry for over 17 years. Prior to joining the Procura Group of Companines in late 2013, Jeremy was an independent consultant for Community Health Systems (CHS) in Franklin, Tennessee, where he was responsible for the Meaningful Use Program for ten hospitals and over $8 million in incentives.
Over his 14 year tenure with McKesson, Jeremy held multiple roles with their Provider Technology’s Extended Care Solutions Group. He began as a Sales Associate then transitioned to Implementation Services -beginning as an Implementation Consultant and later as Project Manager, and eventually advanced to Vice President of Professional Services. As Vice President, he led a cross-functional team of 40+ employees and had responsibility for over $10 million in revenue. Jeremy had oversight of several multi-site deployments for two national post-acute providers, exceeding 100 locations. Also during his tenure, Jeremy led McKesson’s efforts to improve service delivery by introducing e-learning (web-based and computer-based training), subscription-based software solutions and revenue cycle outsourcing to their clients. Following his position with McKesson, he joined Healthland in Minneapolis, Minnesota, which serves the Community and Critical Access Hospital market. With Healthland, he assisted with the integration of an acquired company and launched their next generation product platform, Centriq.
