Our Executive

Warren Brown - President

  Warren has led Procura since 1995 providing the management practices and stability that ensure that the company is around for the long haul. He has a vision of disciplined, independent solutions that he continues to work to make a reality. Since the beginning of Warren's leadership, Procura has expanded across the United States and into Australia. A key to Warren's successful leadership of Procura has been his persistence and desire to always push for more for his clients.

Isaac Alexander - CHIEF SOFTWARE ARCHITECT

 

Isaac is responsible for all Software Development and Quality Assurance for Procura. He has extensive programming expertise in designing scheduling algorithms, patient assessment tools, HR systems, billing systems and third party partner interfaces. Isaac is a certified Delphi consultant. Isaac, an honors graduate of B.C. Institute of Technology, specializes in expert decision systems, software usability and graphical interface design.

Scott Overhill - VP, Product Architect

 

With over 14 years experience in the healthcare software industry, Scott has installed and supported Procura implementations in hundreds of sites in North America. Scott has extensive training in software system analysis and design and wrote the requirements for the Procura Health Management System. Scott works with clients, standards bodies and Procura partners to assess market needs and provide a strategic focus for product advancement.

Darcey Trescone, RN, BSN - VP of Sales & Marketing

 

With over 12 years experience in the healthcare and home care industry, Darcey oversees business development and customer relations for Procura in the US.  Her background in management coupled with her experience in hospital and home care clinical settings bring a unique perspective to the sales and customer relations at Procura.  Since 2002, her consultative and customer focused leadership style has been an asset to both Procura customers and the Procura Executive team. 

Rick Bird - dIRECTOR, Customer Service

 

With 7 years of IT Support and Customer Service experience, including Help Desk management and Project Management, Rick brings passion and leadership skills to his role as Customer Service Manager. Rick is responsible for managing, coaching and leading our Support Desk and IT team in providing best-in-class customer service and care

Karen Peterson - Manager, Implementation & Training

  Karen's focus as the manager and mentor for our team of Project Leads and Application Consultants to guarantee the successful delivery of product deployment and training services.  Karen further ensures that all services within her domain of responsibility are delivered with a Customer focus, are of high quality, and continuously improve our "Best Practices" methodology.  Prior to her appointment, Karen served an eight-year tenure as a senior Project Lead within the team that she now leads. Karen was involved in our largest and most complex product deployments, including entries into new marketplaces.
