We encourage our clients to attend regular SHARE User Conferences that provide a useful forum for discussion on future product developments and enhancements - lending itself to customer-driven product development. 

 

Throughout the year Procura clients influence our product direction and customer service through our GUIDE Committee - lending itself to customer-driven product development.  Our GUIDE members are nominated annually for membership and do a tremendous job in providing feedback and recommendations regarding enhancements for the next Procura release.
